guys i need an opinion, we auditioning for guys and dolls and i want to desperately try out for nathan because i love acting and i dont know how good of a singer i am so do you think if i do it my friends will laugh at me?

I tried out for Guys and Dolls a while ago, and I got Nathan. His singing quality isn't that much of a problem, it's how funny he is and how funny he can be. I could normally sing well, but puberty took my good voice away for a while. Just try Improv, spice it up however you can. He doesn't need strong singing qualities, as he only is heard solo in this one song.

Well, I auditioned for Nathan and got the part, and I here I am 5 months later loving every second of it. I can sing very well, or at least I could, until puberty took my voice recently. However, it just takes a little practice to get it mostly back.

this is good i'am doing guys and dolls and where performing on may 7,8,9. and where so far doing play thru's. and it's good. it's that people who perform don't show up that much.
