It's sad to see irresponsible dog owners just tie up their dog(s) and don't bother about them. Even if the owner wanna tie up their dog(s), it should be for a short period of time but not throughout the dog(s) life till it goes mental. Whereas, some irresponsible dog owners give their dog(s) too much freedom till it becomes a nuisance. Thank God, my dogs are not like the 2 examples I mentioned.
one-to-one she does her commands well but when there's someone around she gets distracted
