What I found really annoying with this game is that early trailers in game showed you could use vehicles and shoot lights out to confuse the enemy, yet sigh... this was obviously scraped. It is a great game but one other annoying quirk is that they kind of try to rush you through it, with the missions sending you places to far away from other missions that you need to complete and the whole thing just gets confusing. I wanted to play every task and yet you just get pushed away. Very annoying!

It was only the most dissapointing because it was so ambitious... Its still a very good game -just has scripted bits... And is more linier... But there are mods that unlock Alife... And you see Amazing AI at work (better than crysis... or any other game out atm)

Honestly, is stalker a good game? Im not sure whether i think it is but my computer could play it, rate stalker out of 100 if your gonna answer this question. Here is my computer specs incase you want to know:

Thanks, I got the game and it works fine, as long as im using medium settings and static lighting -.- though this is only because my graphics card broke so i have to use my built in Nvidia Geforce 6150LE 256mb and the sky is the worst glitch i have EVER seen. If I look at a tree then at the sky, you see trees... in the sky... it runs better on my dads:

AMD Athlon XP 2200+ 1.5GB RAM ATi Radeon 9550 256mb... which, gets on my nerves, cos his goes Uber fast on high!

Haha, I can say I'm a little old school gamer. I don't care about graphics that much. I beat the game with ALL uber low settings and 5-10 framerate on a almost the highest level of difficulty. Took me about a week. You should be happy you can run it on Medium. I wish I could have a better frame rate.
