An absolute disgrace that this idiot represents us in Europe. I do get some comfort by the way that she represents us - not very often. The less they see of her, the less damage is done to our economy.
Diane Dodds was an awful candidate. Really annoyed with her election. The DUP are a backward party, and why they are the biggest unionist party is beyond me! After 30 years of saying "no" - the fact they finally say "yes" when they become the biggest party in N Ireland is a bit suspicious. Though not a TUV supporter, I hope the TUV takes votes off the DUP at Westminster, and hopefully the UUP can benefit and gain back some seats from the DUP.
Jim Fitzpatrick was a pathetically incompetent chairman who was completely unable to keep order. He allowed Allister to interrupt Diane Dodds over and over again. He has not the gravitas or command to control this shambles. Attacking Mrs Dodds was acover up for his own inadequacies.
Dodds had been talking for ages and if interrupted she should have been able to stick up for herself however she was a shit candidate and a complete idiot :P
I think yes,its rude for people to over talk each other, but when you have someone who is talking so much nonsense and is only talking to hear her own voice it would be hard not to step in and correct her.
It just shows you how pathetic the govt in this country is, doesn't it? They cannot do anything without petty bickering. Quite frankly, I don't have much support of any of the parties, but I think that the DUP's campaign promise of keeping Sinn Fein out is ridiculous. They have got to grow up.
That clip was only the tip of the iceberg, I didn't see the show, so I don't know what was edited out - but I was at the debate itself.
I'm not from the unionist persuasion, but I was actually walking out of it embarrassed for the unionists there, it was shocking, even the unionists in the crowd heckling and shouting was making me cringe.
Glad Bairbre and Albran stayed clear of the petty point scoring and shouting each other down carry on.

LOL! Jim Fitzpatrick rocks!
I would love to see hin take on Gordon Brown (if Brown had the guts to ever do live TV) and David Cameron on Question Time.
I think we've just seen David Dimbleby's natural successor!
