I just did this in 30 minutes. Just make a new game file with 10 luck and go straight to the strip after having min 2000 caps so you can get in, then play blackjack pure double downs and save every time you win 1000 caps. I tried doing roulette like a lot of people said but I wasted like half an hour and only won 300 chips lol.

Here's an easier way. K so delete the update. N go to vault 11 n do the high xp glitch there(assuming ur under lvl 10). Now wen ur lvl goes up. Just hit the intense training perk n max out ur luck. I'm trophy hunting so I did that. N black is slow but it's easier to win.

Somethings wrong... I got banned from all the casinos on the strip, and I didn't get the achievement. I tried uisng an earlier save and got banned again, still nothing. I even got banned from Vikki & Vance and the Atmoic Wrangler. Still nothing. What did I do wrong?

@AChazard make sure you have a great charisma and strength least 5points and cure all your rads pois and addict. Get the naughtynightwear and recon beret. finally I'll strongly recommend you to take the nightkin as your main follower (with Ed e) and then finally save a file right before gambling. hope this helped , happy trails!

@iiDaviidzZ Most likely you've pressed this button " ` " aka tilde button and added a command, it disables achievements for PC users and I'm not exactly sure if you have a console. You need to revert back to an old save without the command input or start over and head back to The Strip to get the achievement to work.
