I am entitled to my opinion again. I have heard the whole story about Rasmussen and him saying he was in Mexico, then Italy, then Mexico not Italy. I agree with you on the fact that doping is killing the sport. This upsets me every time I watch the news, yet another rider is positive. It hurts a sport that is already broken beyond repair. It hurts those who are clear and already pro and it hurts those with dreams of becoming pro.

I don't undertstand why people suddenly think that Michael is doped.. He has made no unusual performances. The last 3 years he has been having a solo-day.. It is just because Armstrong, Ullrich and the others are gone, that he ended up yellow.. That's also why is one of the best mountain-riders right now.. He is also mountain-bike-world-champion btw... And because he's in yellow, he wants to give everything he has to defend it.. Why can't people accept his talent..

I agree with you. NONE of his test thus far IN and OUT of competition where positive, all where clean. He might have lied or his team may have made a mistake on his where about during those 2 missed tested, whatever. All they are doing his using him to cover their own ass. As a result a talent clean cyclist suffers. I no longer have interested in the TDF it no longer a competition, it a battle to who can keep under the radar of doping scandals.

Those that win the tour are those riders that are really good at hiding it or are apply to pay officials to look the other way. Rasmussen, Contador, (client on the list of Dr. Fuentes), but also Ullrich and many others are like a Pest for this sport. In Germany they drew the consequences and stopped broadcasting the Tour d'France because it's ridiculously to keep on seeing who is treated by the best doping-medical. Without doubt this title belonges to Armstrong for ever, because regarding doping-controls the U.S.A. are like a third world country (no unannounced controls). The same with athletics (Olympic Games).

GP des nations and GP du midi libre doesnt really count, since theyre not world cup/pro tour.
And Dauphine Libere and Tour de Suisse are preparation races, meening that youre supposed to be doing good at those if you want to do good in the tour.
