Everyone is hating on the Tier list lol. I never looked at this list before but my guesses for who is at the bottom were right. I think Ganondorf, Link, and Capt. F could of been a little better. And i also do think that Meta Knight is really good. The only thing I'm confused about is Ike. I would of guessed him to be higher but that's just me.

These are based on what tourney players are best with which characters, so obviously it's not an indacation of what character is best. I do agree with Ganon being low-tier, (what MajinYoshi01 said) and Yoshi makes sense too (I hear he's not very tough), you'd think Bowser would be lower for the same reason Ganon is low though.

@shadowgilgamesh i also forgot, the only players i know of that have won many tournaments at the professional level with "low tiers" are Masashi (Ike), Captain Jack(Sheik), Aniki (Lucas), and GimpyFish (Sheik). this just shows that you can win pro tourneys with any character as long as you know his/her moves, and not that this has anything to do with what i've said thus far, i hate how badly some characters like fox, link, and ganondorf got nerfed, if that's how you describe it.

Thank you for putting Ice climbers, olimar, peach, donkey kong and other GOOD characters fairly high. I really liked this list! Except for a few rankings like Ganondorf should be higher, and cheap characters like kirby meta knight and pit should be lower. But I really enjoyed your opinion on these characters, finally a list that doesn't contain all aerial/cheap characters as the top ten! Really good one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pit's my main, used to be PT because I just stumbled upon him when playing at my friend's house. But early in SSE Pit shows up, and he kicked butt, so I use him always. I'm also good w/ kirby, MK, Ike, Fox, and Pikachu,

As for Meta K nothing against him I like using him as well, I like the vanishing striking move, but he is too floaty (spike food) & deals weak damage plus has low launching power for most of his moves. I've seen some real strategies with Meta K though which I like seeing instead of standard spamming.

I've played Ness since the first smash bros game until now and he's always been a low tier though I hardly lose with him, but because there's not enough "good" Ness players out there he's automatically low cause everyone else can't use him so puts him in a "never used" category. you cannot trust these tier lists, some of those characters at the top can be beaten easily by any character, just depending on how good u are. I mean dedede at 6, rob at 12, WARIO at 3? ganondorf at the bottom? come on, i cant stand tiers, i just dont see how dedede and wario are near the top, my main is ganondorf and i can beat a level 9 wario and dedede computer without losing a life, they must have been on drugs when these lists were made, cause they need to be spiced up a bit

Level 9s are easy to anyone who knows how to play the game. Play competitively and you'll find that the game is much harder and more complicated than you might think.

As well, tier lists are not designed to say which character is better than another, bu rather is just a list of each character's metagames ranked in order. Tier lists alone do not and were never designed to determine the potential of each character (in my opinion).
