I had the same opinions as you before. One day I just turned to Christ and said "Take all my diagnoses, take all this pain, take all my anxiety, I cant carry it anymore, Ive had it" And in that instance it was all over.

@manuatheist1977 No he is not judging, these people are admitting there sins and Ray is repeating them. If Jesus was walking on the Earth today, I would be more than happy to sell everything I have to follow him, and so would every other Christian out there.

Regardless of what atheists say about Christians, don't throw the baby out with the bath water. Ray is a fallible man, the Bible is infallible, inerrant and Holy Spirit inspired. God's standard of goodness is moral perfection. This is something that no one can obtain except through faith in Jesus Christ who died for the sins of the world. Its His righteous life that saves us from death in Hell. Please repent and trust in Jesus today!

What about budists? they are far "morally perfect" than any christian. They are searching for spiritual and moral perfection (=wisdom) they whole life. And more they meditate, train. etc. they are getting closer to perfect. And what Christians do? The more they are into the bible thing, the more they preach AGAINST moral. "We hate gays, muslims, jews etc, because they insult Jesus with their lies and sodomy!" < this is a commentary from a christian and im sure this is OK by your moral standards

@amon16 Buddhism is atheistic in its nature. They may be striving to be moral, but its all accredited to the practicing Buddhist. Christianity says our moral basis comes from God. Its His objective moral standard that we adhere to and give all the credit of our morals to Him. I don't hate any one person or group...I hate sin. Sin is the transgression of God's laws and standards. If anyone is in sin then they are enemies of God, but can be reconciled to Him thru repentance & faith.

Either God's violating his own standard, or there really isn't a universal standard of morality in the Bible.

I'm a Christian, but Ray Comfort is so totally clueless and does more harm than good in his attempts to disprove atheism and evolution. With people like him running around, its no wonder people make fun of Christians. He should devote his time to exposing things like Bohemian Grove and the Illuminati instead of wasting his time on trivial things such as evolution

@Albanianman, As a christian then we know Galatians 3:23-25 talks about the law(the ten commandments) and that we use the law to be led to Christ and lead others. It's in the scriptures! so therefore using the 10 commandments(the law) is not wrong it is actually right!!
