  • LORESTAN SARZAMIN SHIRAAN

  • great music and culture, from Peru, Latin America!

  • Albanians are our brothers, We have kinship.....

  • I Love Persia!! with respect and honor, from Greece

  • Good music. Many irrelevant comments.

  • "Dorood bar IRAN va Irani",

Iranians have always referred to their homeland as "Iran". This is obvious in mass of Iranian literature such as Ferdosi's masterwork the magnificent "Shahnameh", the pahlavi sources, and so forth.

However, Iran was referred to as Persia in the west and in most non-Iranian text such as the bible. The terms Iran and Persia refer to the same noble nation and people.

    "Payandeh IRAN!"

  • @SultanOfSwords

Take your head out of your ass and stop barking you little shit!

  • Lurs are Kurdish tribe, not Iranian or Persian. ;)

  • @SultanOfSwords Actually Lurs are Persians as it happens, there were there helping Achaemenid Empire in the past and they've always been residing there in the area around the province called Fars in Iran which takes its' name from having the Persian people in it. not to mention that Persia is the name that have been given to Iran just because of the Achaemenid Empire's times hence it's a kind of an incomplete name for Iran.

    also FYI i'm half-Lur / half-fars, so i do know what i'm talking about.

  • @Hxxpkh Stop with your propaganda, I have been to Luristan, the history, cuture, and language show that Lur is a Kurdish tribe. They seak 100% Kurdish, and Persians cant understand them. I have many Lur friends and they all say they are Kurdish. Iran is using propaganda against Kurds to devide the different tribes, who speak, act and dress as Kurds to another nation, like for example. Mazandaranis, Persians claim that Mazandaranis are different nation. even the name Mazandaran means "High trees"

  • @SultanOfSwords give me facts and real stuff, and stop trying to prove your invalid point via accusation. just mentioning 2 things: Luri dialect is very very similar to Traditional Shirazi Dialect and shiraz city is one of the well-known persian cities.

also, either Luri or Kurd or Beluch or Azeri or Mazandarani or anything else, all of them are the same and all of them are Iranians.

i'm just getting curious why you're trying so hard to make Kurds look different and have Lurs on your side too.

  • @SultanOfSwords

hey shut your mouth you little cunt

    LUR IS IRANINA TRIBE

go back to turkey you fucking pkk terrorist.. if you have guts to take kurdistan from iran, you have to go through 75 million people who love iran. I HAVE BEEN IN KURDISTAN AND I HAVEA KURDISH FRIEND he said to me

CALL ME IRANI and then kurd it means KURDS LOVE IRAN

    so fuck off now

  • @SultanOfSwords

there is no such thing kurdistan as country

KURDISTAN ALWAYS WILL BE THE CITY OF IRAN

stop with your bullshit propaganda you little cunt

  • @SultanOfSwords

LURS ARE KURDS WHO ARE IRANIANS

    :)

  • @KouroshEntertainer Looool ermm Lurs are Persian not Kurd.

  • @JigareTehroon

    kurd persian are all same

    big deal?

  • @SultanOfSwords LOL mate stop deluding yourself, kurdistan doesn't even exist on the map. Lurs are Persian, stop begging our land. Luri is a dialect of Persian. kurdish is not even a dialect of Persian how the fuck can you even imply that? LOOOOOL

  • Can't believe some uneducated people dare to claim iranian and arabs are the same ! Back in the days of the persian empire, we european lived as tribes !

  • Where it all began...<3

    sepas!

  • this music is similar to croatian folk music

  • @djheadfl : There's been some talk that Croatians are related to Iranians - Google the subject and you will find interesting articles.

  • @IranHistory yeah i know...Croats originates from todays western Iran

  • okej o tym nie wiedziałem :p (od 8 roku życia mam przezwisko luri)

  • @12luri jesteś persem ?

  • Beautiful music.

  • Piękna muzyka!!

    Beautiful music!

  • Im Irish and studyed celtic history in college and never have I heard of celtic language/culture coming from Persia.

  • Anyway i don't wanna start another debate with peoples regarding the "blonde aryans with blue eyes" i`m tired of this garbage. Let`s just be fucking humans and stop making wars and argues about whos skin is whiter. Let us not remember that an insane guy made a terrible war for this stupidity. Stop feeding with abstract notions and see the things as they are it really doesn't matters that the X nation is indo-european dunno why would someone debate his entire life on this subject?Bye:)

  • Wow, pure fascinating!

And so amazingly native! Like I am at home, at a folklore festival!

  • Beautiful, just beautiful kurdish song. Thanks a lot.

  • Luri isn't a dialect of Persian. It's a transitional language between Persian and Kurdish. Fact.

  • Salam

Kesi mitoneh sheirhaye in ahange zibaro baram beneviseh?????

    Mamnoon misham

  • I HATE WHEN PEOPLE MIX UP ARABS AND PERSIANS!!! DON'T MEAN TO SOUND RACIST, BUT PERSIANS ARE FROM ARYAN TRIBES AND ARABS ARE SEMITIC TRIBES. THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH EACH OTHER BUT BE NEIGHBORS. HOWEVER ISLAM AND SOME LOAN WORDS DO EXIST IN FARSI. WE ARE NOT THE SAME AS ARABS!!! PLEASE DO NOT MIX US UP, IT IS VERY ANNOYING! THANK YOU.

    -PARANOID PERSIAN

  • @UMBUBA

Sepas- thank u bra so muchfor saying that, its u read my mind

  • @Blutroth

Dude go back to smoking your joint!

Don't give opinion about things you don't know anything about!

  • Meh i don't know...it sounds kinda like arabic music. Does anyone have ancient persian music ?

  • @Blutroth

this nothing like arabic music, do u even know how not even traditional but just arabic music sounds?

most Persian instruments and even KEYS are related to other Airiyan nations specifically - Bolgar, Slavic, Sarmatija/Lithuania, and Keltic - all of which are related very closely in music. all of these Airiyan nations have a bag instrument, high pitched woodwind instruments, and similar structured drum/percussion instrument, and many more (i'm just picking up from top of my brain)

  • @yashil17

Nah sorry dude, but not all people who speaks indo-germanian lenguages are aryans. Never read in any reference book that slavic or keltic are aryans! Thats probably wish-thinking. Show me a good acknowledged professor who approved this information that slavics and keltics are aryans

  • @Blutroth

    Kelts and Slavs are Airiyan

hell even if u find the Indo-European family branch u see that there is German, Persian/Iranae, Keltai/Keltoi, and Slav. the Kelts are essentially a branch of the Germanic tribe. The Airiyan race is the "light coloured features" race, if u will. blond hair, blue eyes, etc. they were the first in Europe, at least 7000 yrs or more. hence if the Kelts weren't Airiyan, then what race did they come from? Semites? Kelts have been proven by many famous...

  • @AhleKashanam Blonde with blue eyes?? Blond with blue eyes are just peoples who live in cold places dunno why peoples think aryan means blond and blue eyes? I know that it`s a natural and obsession of humans for peoples with very white skin and blue eyes, it`s an artistic obsession for pale purity but not necesarily a truth. Gipsyes for example are indo-europeansthey are more indo-european than ppl think but they are not blonde with blue eyes, it`s a rarity, a genetical mutation

  • @Durepanya Well said.Humans are often just insane primates who insist on killing each other and destroying the planet, lol

  • @Durepanya But there is one theory which puts this connection of ancient Celts and some tribes of the indo-iranian branch, I just can't recall which scholars follow it now.Anyway, they are related in the proto indo-european roots and all humans,in the end, from Africa ( or whatever science finds out later, lol).

  • @Gwynsek Offcourse, it would be great if all the people will think like you. Instead reason thinking, humans keep digging deeper into the irational debates regarding them. That's the truth man, we all have the same red blood there are no superior races.

  • @Durepanya Indeed , well said ! I love indo-europeans,altaic,semitic and other ethnic trunks, they all have such beautiful cultures and enrich the world with their diversity.

  • @Blutroth

Kelts have been proven by many famous figuirs, one would be Francisca Wilde, OScar Wilde's mother in the ancient Irish myths and charms, (which is ancient Irish history) which she states specifically that the Irish are of Persian background. The Scythians brached forming the Sarmatians went to fight along the side of Vandals and other German tribes and later were pused to the Keltic lands they have been later the Irish and partly the Welsh and mixed with Scotch.

  • @Blutroth

secondly who are the ppl who speak indo-german and are NOT an Airiyan

thirdly, Iranians don't speak indo-German they speak Indo-Iranian or other Airiyan languages which are ALL linked.

  • @yashil17 You are right but Bolgars are in fact the name of turkyc tribe who migrated in southern Europe from Volga and got mixed up with slavs and latin (romance peoples) also called as vlachs by germans and slavs who lived there.:)

You forgot to mention there the tracians (dacians) who got later conquered by romans. They transformed later in valachs/romanians. Thracians spoken a sister language to persian, in fact they were the same familly with persians, sarmatians(scythians) and slavs!:)

  • This song fills me with so much pride.

  • @SAMSIZZLE123 so that makes you IRANISH! LOL. I love you my iranian bro!

  • @SAMSIZZLE123

have ever listened to a N. Iranian bag instrument, i forgot the name of it right now, but it is used in many Northern songs, and also nay-amboon which is a southern instrument? they sound very close to Keltic bag-pipes if u've heard

  • @yashil17 as dreacul said (im compatriot with him) you should check the romanian's "cimpoi" or "caraba", we also sing in some areeas that style known as "tahrir' if i'm not mistaken. Bolgars has also good bagpipe music they call the bagpipe "gajda" (gayda).

  • besiar ziba ,,,,,,,, sepas

  • Thank you for posting this!

  • You should delete these disgraceful fanatical racist comments from such a beautiful song and video.

  • My mums ancestors hail from modern day Iran. May Allah bless Iran!

  • @arabian2010milan The map shows the Persian Empire around 350 BCE (2360 years ago) when Arabian authority were limited to parts of today's Saudi Arabia and Yemen. Later during the Sassanid's reign, Yemen also became a province of Persia.

  • @arabian2010milan عربي همجي

  • Beautiful Lori IRANIAN Music!

    God bless IRAN and Iranians!

  • thanks for the video! now i'm a little less ignorant :)

  • Respect for all the Classical Civilization music...

  • There seems to be much contention among various ethnic groups as to the authenticity of so many wonderful cultural gems. Remember to be good custodians and stewards, rather then bicker over cultural ownership. Share in its magnificance so that you may be further enriched and enrich the lives of your children.

  • Yes, very nice Song, like it very much though I`m German...

But... Please, can you tell me in English, what the singer is talking about?

it would be very intressting to me

  • @HELLmuTEUER

I'm not really good at this dialect, but I think it is a song in which the singer is serenading his lover. He's saying what each one of the golden objects that he has brought for her are for. Some parts I don't understand at all. I hope some one here knows the Luri dialect to be able to help you out better.

  • @sal7va7dor You don't understand the song and don't know what the song about because the song is kurdish luri and for kurds it is very easy to understand the song. I don't translate it because then persians will take my translation and claim that they understand every word from the song.

  • @KurdShabek umm... no kidding if you read my comment to the end you'll see that I admit that I don't understand Luri... I only know very little kurdish as my father is Kurdish, my mother is Armenian. I don't understand your point of view with regards to the Persians. Last time I checked they were of the same family of people as Kurds. I don't like racist people... but you're not racists because you make fun of your own people, you're just ignorant. PLZ don't bother replying. Thx.

  • @sal7va7dor excellent comment bro!

  • @KurdShabek i am a Lur, i am iranian, im an iranic people, speak a persian dialect. Kurds have a minority complex and always focus on differences not similarities. that is why you guys are making enemies. REAL persians want the best for kurds and they are our genetic and cultural brothers. I am a Lur, I am Iranian. no other way to it.

  • @PersiaWithoutISLAM The enemy is the Islamic Republic it creates a lot of anti-Kurdish propaganda and division - so you can't blame the Kurds for feeling cornered sometimes, the Shah was not much better to them either. Recently the IR has also turned to mocking Lors because of Karroubi.

Down with the Islamic Republic, long live all Iranian and Iranic peoples. Love you all, stay strong and keeping fighting for what's yours.

  • @Bisotun i completely agree with your comment. So before Kurds go out spreading hate about iran, they should make it clear that their target is the ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF IRAN and the current administration, not every Persian!! We are the children of Cyrus, peace, love, justice and equality are ideals that run in our blood!! Ideals that were raped out of our nations by the islamic sword!! and manipulation and control by Western powers. Kurds need to focus just as much on liberating Iran as a whole!

  • @PersiaWithoutISLAM Well said. Most of these foamy mouthed trolls are not from Iranian Kurdistan or related areas, they are instigators that come to cause unsightly trouble on videos of our beautiful songs - most of them are uneducated their fanaticism and lack of knowledge betrays them.

  • from the caucasus to tajikistan, long live the persian peoples.

    Greetings from georgia

  • Ceqi tilla hi bra,....So, bar kirdina,.....So rojh doyri bira .....rojh mirdine.....Buri daroinim bira.....mesizi pivest....ar malge Cul bu bira....Bar biki dusim,....dil we ce xuash kem bira....ara ce busim....ser binim e ver bira

    ....

    It is Kurdish(Laki), not Luri!!!

    from words it is obvious

  • @ibata1979 This Lori from Lorestan, it is very similar to Laki. Not to be confused with Lori from Pars which is like Bakhtiari.

  • @Bisotun doesn't matter anyway as they all have the same ancient Iranic roots.

  • @Bisotun ...what are u talking about?? I am Native Laki speaker!!! This is 101% Laki

  • @ibata1979 Good for you. Now go and learn about Lorestani and you might find that they are not aliens and that they are from the same planet as you. Ignorant child.

  • Fake Nam! this is Laki Kurdish not Luri!!!!

  • Beautiful!

"kkodA yAreh kor -o- dokhteh Lor!"

    God bless IRAN and Iranians!

  • We Jews are still remembering the great Cyrus king of kings!! Ancient Persia best empire ever!!

  • @xSouthxKURDISTAN and KURDS still belong to the greater IRANIC race, of which Persians are also a sub-group,. ehem* FAIL!

  • @PersiaWithoutISLAM what lan we are not iranians, that's why u persian kill us no kurd in iranian parlamient but non iranians like assyrians, armenians and jews are! u are persian u all are selfish ignorant and bloody! we kurds will never look down.mazandari, gilaki, luri and baxtiari all are north iranic descands of medes and u farsians were from south and u want to persianize us,all fo them tribes are today "persian" they look down nobdody knows them,we kurds will never persianize us!

  • Beautiful! Long live Armenians and Persians!

  • beautiful music

  • @vahishta09 :

That is your IDEA and your culture to write a comments like that

    Greetings from Armenia

  • @sasua741 Thank you, dear Armenian comrade. Iranians have lived in peace and coexistence with Armenians for thousands of years. The days of the Mullah regime are numbered. Unfortunately, the U.S imperialists destroyed our first democracy in 1953 coup, but soon Iran will have it's long fought freedom and democracy.

Persian,Lur,Kurd these are all their own seperate ethnic group but they all belong to the Iranian race

  • Absolutely amazing!

Long live all the original ancient Iranian peoples!

  • Does ANYONE know what the name of the song played in 11:50 of this:

    watch?v=LSITy_taD3E

    Thank you

  • Why are you all discussing about language? Why you don't just enjoy this great music and dance :)))

  • Actually the Lori and Kurdish languages are derived from the same Persian language that was spoken by the Sassanids. New Persian is derived from Parthian. Sassanid Persian was the language used in the West of Iran from Kurdistan to Khuzistan and Pars.

  • The kurdish language is not derived from persian, by God! It came from the hurrian, median and gutian languages. It's even older than persian

  • Actually brother:

    1. Persian before Islam was not very different to Kurdish. After Arab conquest this language (Sassanid Persian) was destroyed and only remained with people like Lors.

    2. Hurrian is a Caucasian language - Kurdish is nothing like it, Kurdish is an Iranic language, Kermanji only has some similar sounds to Caucasian language.

    3. Median and Old Persian were the same only different accents.

    4. Modern Persian = Parthian replaced middle Persian and stopped Arabisation

  • Kurd is a very old name it was used for the mountain people the Medians came. Today's Kurds are Medians but they have taken the name of Kurd from the people who were there before them about 3000 years ago. Also I can understand Sorani Kurdish and most of the words are the same in Persian but a VERY different accent. For example: Cho (K) = Eye (E) = cheshm (P)

    Anyway, all the best bro.

  • Nice & So Beautiful Music !!! Thanks To who Post It !!! AlhamDulillah . Abu Bakor siddique From Bangladesh.

  • Hi DARUM99, Glad you appreciate the music all the way from bongladesh.

Ammm.. its Iran the Arya nation.. You can take the Alhammadililah and Siddiqi to the Arab badlands! iran isn't an Arab nation. :-)

  • Say this was nice and its all betwen brothers kurds, lurs, Bluchs, Afghan,Tabris,Bakhteeyares,Fars,Azeries and which ever other part on the pltue wich was once caled greeter Iran. The reast of the world like to make sure you are all difreant so they can keep rulling you.

  • My best regards for our Lori brothers. Loris are a branch of Kurdish nation. Anyone doughting it can consult Sherefnameh

  • The Iranian languages are a branch of the Indo-European language family and its subfamily, Indo-Iranian.

Persian, Kurdish, Pashtu, Lurish and Baluchi are most important Iranian languages.

Among them, Lurish is like a chain between Kurdish and Persian. Therefore you can say Lurish is like a Dialect of both Kurdish and Persian.

  • We Medes(Kurds) and Luri are almost the same ;) !

They are more Kurd then Farsi !

  • I see that u did it again! There is not a nation called "Farsi" nor is there a "Lori" but there r languages with thosae names. The nation is called Fars or Lor and neither of them r better than any one else in the whole world.

Instead of this shit learn a language.

  • is like 100% Kurdish

Lori and Kurds are the same

  • auw qsa hisana chia aikan ? Luri daimen beshi Kurd bun chon amana alen Luri Kurd nien ? Kjerem ba kusi hic kesek ka ksei wa eka ! Luri asli Kurdin munakeshei laser nakre !

  • I see u r learning Kurish! Good for u kid. U don't say "Kjerem ba kusi hic kesek ka"

It should be هه‌ر Ur "comment" is not worthy of an answer, but if I get time I teach u Kurdish. Mind u i am not Kurd!

  • Idiot, dehati gosfand-cheloon LOL. You are trying to say that there are more kurds then persians? Notice that a big number of Tajikistanis, Afghans, Uzbekistanis.. all the way to India (northern) speak persian. Lori is synonymus for the old form of middle-persian which is the pure form of farsi. Korde Oghdeyi LOL.

  • Wow! this reminds me tajiki traditional music! Especially from the Soghdian region.

Thank you for posting this beautiful musiqi, heily mazeh burdam

    Mashallah

  • THIS IS KURDISTAN MUSIC, har biji harche luri, w gisht musica kurdi

  • Fool! The man in the Song sings "Luri" that is an old Persian Dialect that is also used by the kurds.

  • Actually, we lurs see ourselves as kurds

  • So there is no difference between Kurds and Lors! the language exactly the same, dress and everything!

  • Indeed. Luri is yet another dialect. It would be like saying that the "Beijing-speaking people", whom in fact speak chinese, and not the "Beijing-language". Yet many try to take the lurs from the kurdish nation, as if they were not united with the rest of the kurds, but standing alone.

  • yell Armenians also use the word Lori which basically means tomato in Armenian.

  • WRONG...Tomato is lolig

  • Would LIKE TO LISTEN TO SORNA .The sornā or Sarnā (Persian سورنا, سُرنا sornā, also سورنای, سُرنای sornāy, also Surna and Zurna) is an ancient Iranian woodwind instrument. CAN ANYONE GUIDE ME FOR THE SAME AS I AM FROM INDIA AND ONE OF OUR FRIEND'S WOULD LIKE TO HEAR SORNA MUSIC AND ALSO PLAYS WELL...

  • very beautiful!

    thx!

  • hI THERE i'M VERY NICE MUSIC THANKS>>i HAVE ONE QUESTION ..IS THIS LANGOUAGE IS THE ONE USED DURING THE SASSANIAN DAYS??? IS IT STILL USED ??
