I get your question at the end I've wondered that also but the more i think about it everything I've experienced I feel like the physical world is completely linked with the spiritual and vise versa. For example shaman that can sniff out cancer in their trance seeing clusters of negative energy, the physical affect being of course a tumor. Or like you say, your moods and the weather. Like the old saying goes, "As below, so above." and beyond i imagine.. ;)

I cut the grass at my mother in-laws home, she had a beautiful sunflower sitting up on the deck, I admired it’s beauty standing there alone as I drank some ice tea …yesterday(1 day later) i was walking down my friends driveway lined with beautiful sunflowers when it dawned on me that it was the anniversary of the day my sister had died back when i was 16... sunflowers were her favorite, she had them everywhere in her room... synchronicity offered me the chance to reflect...
