So what! The D.O.T has a guideline pdf file you can download ,that cover a variety of conversions on cars , So its not illegal. There is to many people doing this any way so who cares what the COMMUNIST SAY oops I meant the EPA

The D.O.T knows it works as well as you and I do. Unfortunately, the E.P.A. has enforcement powers and they say it is illegal.
