This scene makes me smile. I adored CJ and Toby's friendship SO much. I was disappointed that it wasn't highlighted even more in the show. The same happened to Josh and Sam's friendship after the first season -- it was there, but there weren't enough great friendship scenes.

In fact, I think CJ and Toby's friendship may have been the only thing that survived seasons 5-7 without a modicum of faithfulness to the original show. Pity...

He has a "watchable" quality. LMAO!!! Toby is the man, even though the press briefing he held was a total disaster. There's nothing worse than telling a bunch of reporters that the new Chief of State can hit at suicide bombers with her purse. I love this show!!!
