@shelbyfahrer is it fair that i say i hate all Caucasian because they like to start war in the middle east? Or maybe all Germans are nazi who kill their own people just because they are of different believe?
I see it like haizahaiza does. I have to admit that although China does not produce any quality stuff (which Chinese label is reknown?) their ladies are really good fuckers. You know the song: "I like little Chinese, they go to my knees, they're ready just to please" and so on.
Therefore fuck China. Fuck the soul out of cheap, crappy China. Fuckfuckfuck...
Like I said, no chinese label is renown but their ladies are cheap to fuck. And they are willing to give themselves away for little money. The only thing I have to say to them is: "Please to not talk when fucking!" and then ram-bam, thank you mam.
just because they can make good looking coffee, doesnt mean that they can make a good espresso shot. reminds me of breakdance. just because you can do a backspin doesnt make you a b-boy. hes just someone who learned to spin on his back
how about.. just because they can make good looking coffee, doesn't mean that they can't make a good espresso shot. .. ? I mean honestly how can you know what they can and can't do, really your comment is just negative and has no reason to exist.
actually neablizer, to be able to make good latte art, you need a real good creme (that foamy stuff on top of a shot). Bad espresso won't have a tall creme and will give barely visible latte art. So, yes, you can tell if the drink is good by looking at the art.
latte-art it looks ok but only for the contests..have u ever try to prepare more than 100 cups in different shapes whille customers yelld at u??fuck no..
Are you stupid? Did you even read what I wrote? How did anything I said imply jealousy? What they are doing in that video takes no talent. Learn how to write with coherence too by the way. "it will luk like a shit"... HAHAHAHA, I really am laughing my arse off.
I only do free pours as it takes roughly the same time and looks much nicer, the etching I agree with TheChinglish is a waste of time and honestly not much true skills involved, and by the time the customer gets their coffee it's already luke warm and lost all of its flavour.
my opinion on etching in coffee is not only it takes no skill but also it is kinda naff? dont you think? a bit cheesy and stupid. little bunny rabbits and stuff. its silly.
free pouring is sooo much better, its amazing and looks great .
This takes so much time to do, even for a veteran etcher! If you want to really learn a fast freepour (I'm talking 5 seconds here), visit my channel.
In any case, I agree with jazzbobrown. Most purists consider etching a waste of time, and not true latte art - essentially found in coffee shops when business is slow and customers aren't in a hurry. The freepours that they do aren't bad however, and I'm sure they improve every day.
Nice, but the espresso seems to wait too long for the milk -it loses its crèma- -I'm a Barista myself, and have fun with latte art -but would never spend 10 - 20 sec decorating the surface of a beverage while the customer is waiting. Coffee and milk ready at the same time, and served within seconds after ready -no waiting.
Did you see "Overextraction...Too much time" on the chalk board?! Heck,that's way beyond most USA espresso cafes. They can't even spell "extraction", let alone keep it within 24 to 30 seconds! Good for the Chinese.
@wsang

If you are interested in Barista training in the US consider the Seattle Barista Academy. It is one of the best.
