i think it is low numbers . I had my stock ct with all supporting mods at 12-15 psi and was pushing out 345whp so i think he should at least be above 400 whp at 20 psi. my car is doin 456 at 20 psi with all supporting mods (550's, lex afm, exhaust,pump, etc) so yeah
@Hebert6760 its not a low number dude keep in mind when the car was brand new it made less than 200 to the wheels so have almost 400 hp to the wheels 23 years later is actually very good
hmm Kinda low numbers i'm running same turbo full BPU made 413whp and 434Trq @18psi on street tune with NEO
it could be the dyno you were on also.

and it's just an upgraded ct-26... not a real 60-1. what did you expect? 600 horsepower from a ct-26?
