Not in the book or the movie, I'm like 99.9% sure that on set when shooting the Yule Ball scene Tom Felton and Emma Watson (Hermione and Draco) were bored and were sort of fooling around with the other cast members and danced together. It was on the behind the scenes on the Goblet Of Fire DVD so lots of people doing HG/DM ship videos used that clip because you wouldn't find Hermione and Malfoy dancing together on the actual movies!
