I was lucky enough to eat at Sakai's restaurant in Tokyo. The best restaurant experience I've ever had. Even better than Robuchon's and less expensive.

yeah i wonder who will win each battle if the judges didnt see or know the ingredients that went to their food, some seems to be bias just because it has expensive items and normally they are conditioned to think that it must be good, like a bandwagon effect
