you guys, its not edited on the computer! all u do is u take a picture, but u leave the shutter open. u get a light, and while the shutters open, u move the light wherever.

I wish the money kids are spending on paint cans would invest in a camera and use this technique rather than regular grafitti....this is simply gorgeous works of art.

I hope the authors woudl teach kids to substitute this form of art in place of graffitti. Much more possibilities in the realm of creativity and skill. It sure beats destroying anything...and not having to send anyone to jail.

@MajorXV it easier then you think you can do it a few differnt ways... Some flash lights come with a attachment like a Road guard flash light how they have those yellow cone things over them thats easiest way. Another way is to make one with some kind of see through material and tape, make it in to a cone shape and attach it to the flash light... this guy as you can see at some points he uses a cone flash light but he also uses a wide LED one with many light 2:15 at a distant looks wide

Yeah it does. Low ISO and 15 sec exposure allows you to do some quick sketches and write some short words too.

@MyLoLHUN1993 he masks out the light and apply something called a called a echo effect and lay it over the original footage in after effects. i do this all the time. many people say its not after effects. but it is not possible to capture only the light of the flashlight, every other motion will also be captured. proof that it is after effects is the fade he uses for the piece at 3:11 ;)

you can make it with after effect, echo effect with some tweaking and placed in front of main video layer. Looks like he used hdri exposure in camera to get nice not over burned image, or just hi speed.

@connordarerafferty I just learned this in high school and use it a lot, but at 3:16 I believe it's a star wars lightsaber, one of those crazy ones that cost 100 dollars. I think those rave lights are best, just my opinion though.

I am guessing here. I think what he is using is a camera that's taking continuous shots with a little of expo. After the shots he can Photoshop them up or tire them together and place each shot as a frame for video movement. It is a lot of work!
