Street Fighters was good but what's the point making the characters 3D looking but still 2D-side fighting? better made it 2.5D...plus, i've been playing SF since the Sega consoles..the skills, power still unchanged..yet, the finishing power was limit, either 3 or 4 only..

he's a good blanka player but he should only ever use ex moves for ex thunder and ex rolling attack, No real benefit to focus dash canceling blanka's moves and the rest of his ex's are rubbish.

Anyhow, Guilty Gear Accent Core, Street Fighter 3 (Even if it is busted), King of Fighters 2002/98 or 11, Akatsuki Blitzkampf, Melty Blood, Garou: Mark Of The Wolves. Street Fighter 4 tries to emulate Street Fighter 2, but SF2 was only good for it's time. The only problem with the games I mentioned is that you actually have to LEARN them. SF4's generic and very straightforward.

Haven't played guilty gear or melty blood, Didn't like KOF and garou. Street fighter 3 was good because of all the gimmicks but in terms of balance it is worse then SF2 and SF4.

Problem is, Youtube has limited space. My reason was long. I'll give you a few here though. First off, the Street Fighter 4 lacks almost any creativity and just tried to emulate Street Fighter 2. Most of the game, you're just standing back playing footsies and trying to get a hit in with a fireball. You don't even do much! You're just trying to turtle for the most match and if you play offensively, you're mostly punished for doing so. Also, it takes little time, effort, or thought to learn this.

You have to learn all the defense modifiers, the guts system, the prorates of each move, when it's appropriate to burst, and sometimes you only have 1 frame to recover. Also, almost half the characters in the game have projectiles and if they don't half of the ones that don't suck and the other half are just overpowered because they are usually hard to punish, have a good mixup game, and good anti-projectile options such as Balrog in comparison to Gen who's only advantage is that he has pressures. Street Fighter 4 sucked. No innovation, shitty storyline, shitty voice actors, the music was ear shattering, you can't completely turn it off, the art style made them all look like fucking apes and fucking ugly, but of course people just wanna rape 3D graphics if it's not 2D, the combos are annoying to do, and the game isn't even that balanced. You can still win with Fei Long, Abel, Guile and the shitty characters, but it's way harder than doing so with Ryu, Balrog, or Rufus.

He looks more like Ken, also, he lacks a projectile, has a hopping overhead, all his pokes are different, his shoryuken comes out slower but is heavy hitting, and his spin kick isn't that good, and he has a multiple punch. By the way, the guys at SNK helped with Street Fighter 3 : P Ash Crimson was based off of Remy (The Guile style clone which is used in almost every fighting game) who they helped make. Anyhow, KOF didn't really take as much as you think, and in this day and age, Ramon's fighting style is quite unique for it to be taken. Shotos are a generic brand of fighter nowadays, plus, Juri looks like she plays in a KOF manner. Coincidence? Considering that what Kim and Jhun does is nothing like actual TKD..

For all I know, 12 could suck, it's an okay game from what I've seen but I am a tad disappointed. I love 11 though, it's kick ass if you actually start playing it. At first, it was like "Eh... I'm not sure if I like it as much as the others." Then, I was like "This game is kick ass!" after giving it a chance.

I know, but I still think the game could have been a billion times better than it is. People don't realize how much music matters in games or anything or the rest of that. Everything else besides the gameplay was done poorly, and even so, the gameplay isn't that impressive in my honest opinion. It's Street Fighter 2 mixed with Street Fighter 3, mixed with Alpha. But do me a favor man, chillax on the cussin. Even if I do it, don't make it right.

Street Fighters was good but what's the point making the characters 3D looking but still 2D-side fighting? better made it 2.5D...plus, i've been playing SF since the Sega consoles..the skills, power still unchanged..yet, the finishing power was limit, either 3 or 4 only..

You don't have to put it like that. I'm not trying to come off as mean or cruel, but I just really hate this game. Anyhow, Guilty Gear Accent Core, Street Fighter 3 (Even if it is busted), King of Fighters 2002/98 or 11, Akatsuki Blitzkampf, Melty Blood, Garou: Mark Of The Wolves. Street Fighter 4 tries to emulate Street Fighter 2, but SF2 was only good for it's time. The only problem with the games I mentioned is that you actually have to LEARN them. SF4's generic and very straightforward.

Problem is, Youtube has limited space. My reason was long. I'll give you a few here though. First off, the Street Fighter 4 lacks almost any creativity and just tried to emulate Street Fighter 2. Most of the game, you're just standing back playing footsies and trying to get a hit in with a fireball. You don't even do much! You're just trying to turtle for the most match and if you play offensively, you're mostly punished for doing so. Also, it takes little time, effort, or thought to learn this.

Nobody gives a good explanation though. There are very few replies that were worth looking at. Most involved insults, idiotic statements, accusations, and insulting of another game. Also, I did learn the game a bit and I gave it a chance more than ANY gamer I've ever known would have ever given a chance to a game. Every time, I got disappointed. Winning Ryu was a disgust to me and a disappointment, I even tried the other crappy characters. Every flaw of SF2 was taken and put in the game.

Street Fighter 4 sucked. No innovation, shitty storyline, shitty voice actors, the music was ear shattering, you can't completely turn it off, the art style made them all look like fucking apes and fucking ugly, but of course people just wanna rape 3D graphics if it's not 2D, the combos are annoying to do, and the game isn't even that balanced. You can still win with Fei Long, Abel, Guile and the shitty characters, but it's way harder than doing so with Ryu, Balrog, or Rufus.

As a musician I can say the music is some of the shittiest ever, the story is a heart attack, the graphics suck and are just 3D to please the fanboys out there as usual, and the gameplay is just flat out annoying. Everything else in the game sucks besides the gameplay and even THAT'S mediocre. Is THAT work? Blazblue has great 2D graphics which COST MORE and TAKE MORE EFFORT, better music, an amazing storyline, and everything is just better about it. Street Fighter 4 doesn't give SHIT besides a shitty battle system where you repeat the same thing over and over and over again. Little effort if ANY was put into this game. The daddy of video games? Actually, I'm hating on SF4 for being a shitty game, not defending KOF. By the way, Ryo doesn't play as much like Ryu as you might think, nor does he look anything like him. He looks more like Ken, also, he lacks a projectile, has a hopping overhead, all his pokes are different, his shoryuken comes out slower but is heavy hitting, and his spin kick isn't that good, and he has a multiple punch. What a clone! No difference whatsoever. Anyhow, SF4 sucks even if KOF "isn't good"

By the way, the guys at SNK helped with Street Fighter 3 : P Ash Crimson was based off of Remy (The Guile style clone which is used in almost every fighting game) who they helped make. Anyhow, KOF didn't really take as much as you think, and in this day and age, Ramon's fighting style is quite unique for it to be taken. Shotos are a generic brand of fighter nowadays, plus, Juri looks like she plays in a KOF manner. Coincidence? Considering that what Kim and Jhun does is nothing like actual TKD..

Super Smash Bros is just for fun, I don't take it seriously. Also, don't call me a douche : P If I'd have to say, probably Guilty Gear Accent Core or King of Fighters 11 cause it doesn't play like SF4 does. Can't dude. Haven't played 12 enough : S But again though, I'm not trying to defend 12, I just think Street Fighter 4 sucks. For all I know, 12 could suck, it's an okay game from what I've seen but I am a tad disappointed. I love 11 though, it's kick ass if you actually start playing it. At first, it was like "Eh... I'm not sure if I like it as much as the others." Then, I was like "This game is kick ass!" after giving it a chance.

I know, but I still think the game could have been a billion times better than it is. People don't realize how much music matters in games or anything or the rest of that. Everything else besides the gameplay was done poorly, and even so, the gameplay isn't that impressive in my honest opinion. It's Street Fighter 2 mixed with Street Fighter 3, mixed with Alpha.
