Hey, um do you think power 90 really helped? cuz like i want my mom to do p90x but i thought it wud b too hard for her so i thought power 90 would be better for starters.. so i want to know if it really helped or was it worth it..
@Val7898 --Power 90 is awesome for people who have never worked out, or haven't worked out in years, or have been sick. I had several illnesses that drastically stripped the muscle off of me, and Power 90 has been a godsend! I think your mom would get more benefit from p90x if she started with Power 90 first!
Great job on the results, huge difference. Any reason you started waxing your chest by the end of the P90X workout? Is that just a natural reaction to being ripped?
Yeah, you probably didn't read my blog post on that day but I took that pic right after my workout and my body was so tired that I could barely even lift my arms.
did you improve on your workouts as time went by because im on week three and i don't see myself doing any better man

You can if you would like. I would recommend starting with one or the other and then slowly add in more workouts as your body gets used to the work.

lol Thanks! I shaved my chest one time at my wives request. It had very little to do with the p90x workout. :)
