Looks like one hell of a rush, unfortunately you need a ridiculous amount of regular parachute jump experience to get licensed for this.

I have no idea how many times I have watched these vids or researched wingsuits. I know I will someday do it...but I will have to be diagnosed with a terminal illness first.
