I was 15 years old when I went to my first concert... its was 2005 at Van Andel arena in GR, MI.... MCR opened for Green day.... It was awesome! I couldnt believe it when he pulled kids on stage and gave away instruments at the end... You are so lucky to have played with them.

@steelers7199 If memory serves, $49, plus the Ticketmaster stuff, totaling about $60. I got 4 of them for my son for that show. Pit tickets were will call, so they tried to make it a little difficult for aftermarket sellers to tie the good spots up. Of course, you had to get in early (and keep your bladder empty) to be able to take up a good spot -- my son and his friends entered the venue at about 4:30 for an 8 pm show, and were very near the stage the entire show .
