This have happen to me, I got hit by a red shell then someone throw a Fake item box on me then a blue shell and then 2 red shells after that lightning and then someone gave me a cloud, so when i got big again a Blooper. It's true :C

actually that happened to me once on single player mode

but i must admit its happened to me lots on wifi, heres one way how it happens

0. players are way far behind you

1. player in 2nd or 3rd place uses red shell (1st of tripple red shell)

2. player in 4th place uses blueshell

3. player who used the first red shell uses the 2nd of their tripple shells

4. any player uses blooper

5. any player uses lightning
