i am tripping balls as we speeakkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhaaaaaaaaaaaah hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh ohhhh noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
The lyrics are a translation of the third and fourth stanzas of Dias Irae, a famous 13th century medieval latin poem which means "Day of Wrath"... Mozart did his own take of the poem as well, as some of you may know. This may well be Greg Saunier's doing, after all he went to Oberlin Conservatory. Make no mistake, Deerhoof is more than just kitschy indie. there is some delicate thought that goes into their art.
this is one awesome song. and omg, there's boobs in the video! go ahead, youtube, flag the video for this, like you did bjork's coocoon and pagan poetry you prude a-holes. *rolls eyes*

It is on this "list" because it is great. What was the last song you wrote & recorded that you thought was good? None? That's what we thought.
