Yeah, Rourke in this and DDL in that are tied for the greatest performances ever by an actor IMO. I feel bad for Rourke that he didnt win the Oscar and not EVERYONE is gaga over his performance because he put a tremendous amount of effort into it. It just wasn't obvious to some people because he was just TOO genuine! They forgot they were watching an actor and just saw The Ram, but that's exactly why he was so great! Even in his most subtle scenes he is astonishing

Anyways i got to hang out with Micky in houston at the Marriott the night before wrestlemainia for a bit. The guy is a class act! he stopped his conversation with some other people to talk to me.I can not tell ya what a down to earth guy this is! Even though he tends to talk in "riddles" now and then. I havnt seen this yet, as I am in Japan. However it was clear months and months and months ago that Roarke wouldnt get an Oscar.
