@stno7 i believe the wrist lights are called "Green Bracelet" and i think you have to win it in an Item Battle. the feet lights are "Green Light Plate" and you can buy them in the Item Shop for 50000G (lower body section). i know you posted this three years ago but still, hope this helps.
