@DarklingRose13 Actually, it's a new Vocaloid named IA. She's one of the better ones to come out recently. Her voice provider is Lia, who sang Tori No Uta.

First YES!! anyway IA is really good she just came out and she already has creepy songs. anyway her voice is perfect and so is her design i sense a rivalry with the originals
