Inglés como lengua oficial se habla en muchísimos países, así que imagina la cantidad de acentos q puede haber.Sólo en Reino Unido hay cantidad de acentos diferentes, así que alrededor del mundo puede haber infinidad. Es como el español. El español de Madrid y el de Buenos Aires por ejemplo. Hay millones de diferencias no sólo foneticas y ninguno es mejor q el otro. Saludos!!

Si, puedes usar as, por ejemplo ... he works as a cleaner - el trabaja de limpiador (preposición)  he is as tall as her - él es tan alto como ella (preposición)

el ejemplo en el video se usa como pregunta (pronombre)...(How do you open the window - Como se abre la ventana)

Yes I do sometimes miss the accents when writing in Spanish but I am sure the people who watch the videos understand.
