I can't believe how many people there are who talk about playing it "right" or "wrong"... IT'S FUCKING MUSIC DAMMIT! you play it just the way it's right to you! That's the thing about music! Having fun about it :) And love it :*!!!!
Too much sforzando, or staccato, I don't exactly know what is the name for it....Although the interpretation has something charming in it, the combination of speed-up and fragmentation is somewhat unpleasant making the sound cold and technical.
@Tetraglot Sorry, You're misunderstanding that. This sounds is not midi violins and modern instruments. It's period instruments and historically informed performance.
@Musicabarocco I know very well that the sound is not midi violins; I myself play the baroque violin! I am simply laughing at the resemblance between these particular violins and midi violins.
@Tetraglot The vibrato was slightly used to the concept of ornament to music of the baroque period. That is not the hand vibrato as performance method to modern of today. but mostly it was used as the finger vibrato or the bow vibrato to some, as well as It was not used in a short notes to time values, but mainly been applied to the latter section of long notes to time values.

@Mtanic Discussing tempo is for consumers :) Musicians speak about dynamics, real musicians discuss structure, agogical approach.
