What the hell is wrong with you? What do you spam up every board you go to? 10 posts in a row of the exact same thing. You're going to get your ass sued. Get a grip already..
tort reform goes way beyond just dotctors having to pay high cost of insurance. but the insurance comany haing to make up for losses from all kinds of law suits.
Like women buys a hot cup of coffee, puts it between her legs while drives. Hits her breaks, smaches the cup. Hot coffee burns her ass and sues for millions. And wins.
i bet somewhere in the USA a law sue will be in count over a doctor that saved someones live and being sued just for saving their live.
Taser International has taken to suing doctors to force them to change their medical reports so they don't reference Taser electrical shocks as causing death.
When people are shot from a home owner for robbing their homes, and are allowed to sue the gun dealer and even the gun manufacturers. for getting shot by their guns.
This has got to stop. That another would drop insurance cost the nation. But will democrates lift a finger? why hell no! Most Democrates are laywers or exlaywers.
Now here's one I just found out with amended senate bill.
The fines of $75 the first year, $250- then $750 will be for also companies that don't provide healthcare for their employees.
The one that do now pay anywheres of $5000 to $12000 a year.
It'll be cheaper for companies to pay $750 a year and save all that money and just tell their empolyees get on the public option if they wnat healthcare.
And still you dumb ass kids don't see what is happening.
TBI patients need money spent towards a "BRAIN CHIP" they've created. Check my channel video for the article, or Google - popular science the memory hacker
This is just a start! We really need a single payer system.
The bill actually makes all uninsured pay 7% of their paycheck or unemployment check deducted for the public option which is really cheap. It's a good plan.
If you are unemployed for a while, it's free, paid for.
The fines only happen for self employed who refuse to pay the $7.00 for every hundred earned in salary. the rest will have it pulled as a deduction from paycheck. This is a good deal and covers all workers!
Insurance is goodwill industry similar to banking, individual customers' benefits are the first priority for industry to survive. They can't provide benefits, their business shouldn't exist. Their business lobbyists involved law makers since long time ago, people now have no choice not to crack their political influence. Health system is our important infrastructure. We need various people building it including our government and non-profit organizations. They have to involve and inform us.
There is more into it. We are looking into product cycles. People need to use govt to dismentle monopoly industries otherwise this is not call reform. When people go on streets, riots and protests all around major cities, we call them revolution and it might involve violences.
The fine for not having insurance is $95 a year, and eventually $750 a year. Either way much cheaper than paying for insurance. This bill is designed to destroy the private insurance industry. It seems Washington doesn't have a grasp of what insurance really is.
This is a fucking joke. Now they're saying that the Government option could charge higher premiums than the insurance companies. This has turned into a watered down piece of shit that'll put more money in the hands of the Wall Streeters. This whole piece of shit Government is bought and paid for.
All the top providers are listed on the stock exchange. Anything that's listed on the stock exchange is usually known as Wall Street. It's a connection thing. Big paychecks. Big Bonuses. Stock-options out the ying-yang. Wall Street!
By providers I mean healthcare providers. The only reason the Republicans don't want a Government option is because these million dollars players on Wall Street pay for their campaigns. They couldn't give 2 shits about our healthcare. If they did, they'd be looking to get us the best possible rates out there. At first I thought they just didn't want the Government to take it over. But they don't want co-op's or anything. They like it just the way it is - with us paying out the ass.
I don't call capping lawsuits on damages to get better rates looking out for my best interest. That's looking out for the insurance companies interest. And they also want to throw people with pre-existing conditions under the bus. Ya know - I'm not saying the Government is the best place to to get our healthcare - but it's better than those Wall Street shyster insurance companies. And if you think these neo-conservatives are looking out for your best interest - well - Id have to say you're nuts.
Capping lawsuits lower want doctors and hospials have to pay in insurance coverage. The insurance doctors have to have because the scar was bigger than was made out to be. So some ass wipe that had their life saved sues the doctor for giving them a nasty looking scare.
then wins million their insurance provider has to pay out.
Those lawsuits capped or elimiated would reduse their insurance in half. So they can lower their cost.
That's total Bullshit. You can't sue for a friggin scar. Now if a plastic surgeon fucks your face up, that's a different story. First the Repukes said caps on pain and suffering. I can see that on cases where people are milking it. But if they're not milking it - the fine should fit the pain and suffering. But now they're talking about caps on DAMAGES and there's no fucking way. You look at what they did to my friend. His stomach keeps popping out from a botched operation & has to wear a vest.
sure you can. Guess you never hear about the woman that had interal sugery. The docotr use some laser type of sugery. and he what ever reason doing the lasere sugery, made her interal scar look like his old college logo(what ever they are called). Then gose to another doctor years later, and that doctor from a different college see it. Tells her about it. sue the first doctor just because of a scare no one but another doctor would ever see it. sues for $2.5 million and won.
An internal scar? Well, you've got one thing going for ya, you're funny as hell. Did this actually happen to somebody - or is it just another one of your imaginary scenarios? And please don't tell me Doctors are worried about getting sued for internal scars. If you know of one case - try and find me another. You know what kind of lawsuits I see? Lawsuits against moron Doctors that "sew" up the clamps inside their patients. An internal scar that looks like his old college logo. That's Hilarious!
Ya know, you people talk a lot of shit. I'd love to see you practice what you preach. I want to see you give some Half-Ass Doctor a pass after he fucks you up for life. I know without a doubt you're full of shit.

Do you mean that the money will go to the rich, or that it will be channeled to Wall Street. I am trying to get a better handle on this.

They did try but the Dem's blocked it. That's because they Dem's don'r want better rates. This not what the bill is about.
Over 2000 pages and only 300 have anything to do with healthcare, the rest is taxs, more taxs and even more taxs.
Then when they have all private companies close their doors, then it's a total governmnet take over.
