If he is covered by some kind of executive privilege, then that right there needs to be removed from law. We should all be held equally legally accountable. I don't believe anyone should be outside of the law and be treated special.
He is and it's only members of the executive branch for national security reasons if he his questioning could divulge sensitive info. then he can't be questioned that is just the way the law works if you want that removed that is your opinion.
