@mainard It is like a 'pause' for you to be more relaxed and groove to the music. If you pause, you'll realize the moves are not soooo fast.

@mainard when you are dancing on two's you skip the 4 and 8. its just a slightly faster pace.

Thanks so much for adding the instructions for the moves on 1 - where I go to dance salsa almost everyone dances on 1, and I sometimes get confused watching moves that are counted on 2 and I really want to do them. So thank you heaps - I will definitely be using these!
