They need to sing from your diafragm not from thoat in order to get those elegant a long notes, thats why they are not getting the notes or being in sinc; espeically when it comes to the high notes it sounds to "light". Next time hire Irish women.

Rika doesn't actually sing the original I believe, she wrote the Japanese lyrics but they were translated to Irish and Aoife Ní Fhearraigh sang it.
