The actors remind me of an episode of Blackadder. Absolutely love rediscovering this show. Romance, action, suspense. Poldark is a handsome man and very honorable. What woman could resist. Demelza is beautiful too.
I remember reading the book and I thought the story made poldark seem more passionate about demelza they don't seem to portray that in this television series

I am Italian,Venitian precisely..I studied English here...in Venice..
I first watched Poldark as I was about 7/8 years old on National Italian Tv Channels...on sundays afternoon..nice memories indeed..
