It's not 20-80 for food and exercise, it's 50-50.
Losing weight/staying fit depends equally on both exercise AND food.
Nuts and legumes are also a HUGE source of protein.
I'm majoring in nutrition right now.

I am 5'2 1/2 I weight 103 lbs.
I find myself always skipping breakfast and I don't every get hungry because I drink like 3 Liters of water everyday.
When i do eat breakfast- I find myself getting hungry so fast and when I do eat. my stomach bloats so quickly and i feel undigested.
Whats should I do?

@xxayshiaxx You should have Carnation Instant Breakfast! If you don't know what it is, it's a powder that you mix into a cup of milk (skim, whole, soy, any kind) and it gives you nutrients to start off your morning:)

I Wish I would have eaten breakfast this year but i rarely did...
if you are in university make the trip to meal hall (or whereever you eat) and get breakfast...cause i sure didnt and i think thats the reason a gained the fat i did cause i didnt gain much weight like almost nothing i just got a bit chubbier...so eat breakfast and walk around campus just to get some excercise ! :))
