this boy is the student of FC college lahore and his crime was that he was taking part in a sports day race at college and one of the participant was minister's son and this guy tried to defeat him in the race or i think he won it and end result was this that he was taken to police station and get the treatment. and minister's brother was inspector in the police station ..this what our current leaders are doing ..fuck them all ......bull shit...
