Iraq has to be ruled this way. Ordinary people who were plotting to have a nice day with family and normal living don't get this actions from Saddam. Why would they? Their was good jobs, foods, great education, normal freedom..BUT people who are plotting secretly against a government for the gains of another country. there WILL be severe punishment. This is how it has to be in Iraq. I dont agree with torture before death and the dancing with the head but i agree those involved should be punished
