i know the feeling about anxiety after my 4th son i couldn't be in a crowd of people couldn't sit in a room with the door closed went back to college and struggle the whole way I did things like stole others seats b'cause i had to sit up front by the door, i've gotten up and walked out in the middle of lecture on a daily base, sweating when the doors were closed and espeically during test I made good grades but I know I could have done more with my life if i would have found help naturally
I totally feel like my brain went "haywire" after surgery. I have never had "issues" but feel like I'm dealing with some things post op.. hmmm..interesting. Thanks for sharing! Shannon
I love ur honesty. You are not alone...many more people experience things like this than you would imagine.
Having been thru cancer now I have read a lot more about food preservatives, chemicals, environmental toxins, etc. I'm not suggesting you need to obsess over this BUT if our country would go back to more natural and organic and less about mass production, perfect looking produce, pesticides, etc. we would be better off.
I prefer to avoid bad stuff than to add more products though.
Lot's of people are scared to admit things like that - and that way they can't get help if they need it. Maybe with this video you will encourage some people :-)
Oh Allison, I have some OCD issues too and have been called Monk more then once. I've never talked about it with the doctor but I'm considering it. Hmm... maybe I'll look and see if they have anything like that here in AZ. Good luck and I hope it helps.
