@S3Ni0RS I use Mane N Tails shampoo once or twice every week.. You don't wanna use it everyday, it feels like your hair is getting thinner, but it's actually just dry. Don't use heat as much, once or twice a month is fine...but if you're planning on so, then remember to use heat protector. :) When you're washing your hair, massage your head instead of scratching/digging with your nails.. I used to do that and it wasn't healthy.. :( I usually let my hair air dry too and I don't usually brush it

@S3Ni0RS till after it's 95% dry. Cause your hair is weakest when it's wet.. Eat healthy as well... Lack of eating will kill your hair, and it's also best to wash your hair every other day instead of every single day. Cause shampoo actually strips the natural oils and proteins in your hair... Finding the right shampoo for you helps A LOT too. :) I try to be very careful with my hair to keep it healthy.. If you can keep where your roots grow healthy, then your hair will be too. :) And it'll

@S3Ni0RS No problem :) But do it slowly at a time. :) If you do everything so fast, cause the way you normally wash or care for it, if you change the routine so dramatically, it might hurt your hair more then help it... I did that before. :( Hopefully this helps :) remember, everyones hair does react differently to certain things.. :O :)

This ruins your hair, my mom is a cosmetologist, and horse shampoo cause wax build up on your hair which is not healthy.

i can tell your bangs have grown longer and my hair used to grow maybe 1 inche a month but now its so Freaking slow im so mad!!!! I WANT MY OLD HAIR BACK i think its because i've been dyeing it black

omg, i dyed my hair black, like over two years ago, its STILL cblack, it hasn't grown ONE inch, i have measured it and measured it like its annoying, it's only grow less than a quator of an inch, i can see like a tincy piece of cheastnut hair(thats my natural colour) and i've read SO many videos on how to get the dye out, and nothing works, i tell u it's ANNOYING :|

Yea my hair grows super slow and im in cosmetolgy school and i went to a prof. store and asked what i can get so i got nioxin and im not sure its gonna work. my sister told me her friend used the shampoo u used and within like a month her hair was longer....does it honestly truly work cause i dont wanna go out and buy somethin that dont work.....

Ever since I started using the Shampoo I can tell that my hair has grown A LOT faster than normal. If your hair is anything like mine your hair grows slooooooooow. I cant tell you if you should get it or not, but it has deffenetly been working for me, along with the Hair Skin and Nails things that I have been taking.
