How to apply the Griffin Wave case

Thats a nice case but I have the Wave Case that you slide your ipod into (the one with the easy dock removable bottom cover) also cannot remove it now its on,wish i'd used some lube to slide it in with!

The top part of the case is stuck to my itouch, I've tried to get it off for a day and a half now. Thanks very much for such a well designed product.
