Can someone tell me what's the difference between Parkour and Freerunning? Seems like the same thing for me :S

@Shidoringan the difference to me isn't important, but some will argue that there theories differ. Parkour doesnt involve flips and tricks, just from A to B as fast and fluid as possible i suppose. i prefer freerunning because i love the climbing and vaulting speed aspect of PK but flips and tricks as well. In my oppinion, one should never limit themselves to the boudaries of a title. so I practice many forms of acrobatics, tricking, tumbling, freerunning parkour and capoeira and breakdancing :)
