Do you know if incline bench press is better than flat bench press? what is harder one or the other? would it matter just doing one and not the other? I just want to know as i do incline bench press but not flat bench press. Should i really be doing flat?
@1JanDeMan1 Ive found though it does all of my chest really well. What do you think of the pec deck thats a good machine for me too really gives you good shape.
i've been lifting since i was 13, and i'm 26 now, it didn't take long to reach 225 for reps, i think it took me about 4 years or something like that...

Still it took 2 or 3 years to get to 225 for reps, thats a long time. I started at 135x5 then 5 months later I was gettin 225 6 or 7 times. How many times can you do 225 now?
like i said, i was 13, but anyway, last time i tried i hit 19, i stopped benching a while ago though, i still use dumbells, but i stopped with barbell a few months back
That's pretty good man. My 225 record is 17. I just found it weird that it took 2 or 3 years for you. I started at 13 and I'm 16 now and am hitting it for 15+ reps.
i keep changing my goals too, i'd probly be doing more, but whenever i cut down for summer i get a bit obsessive, so i end up cutting a lot of my strength down, i know how to avoid it, but i just go overboard, lol
I believe you man.I started at 135*6 i believe 5 or 6 months later i do 225*6 on incline and 245*6 on flat. But i been stuck at 245 right now cant get it up and i am all natural.

@1gadena pekc deck is a good machine, works all of the chest. But when you´re more advanced i would use dumbell flyes or the cable crossover.
