I thought the XBox Version of FF13 was suposed to ship on three to four DVDs. Should not be a problem we managed to do this with old PSOne or PC games wen it came to CDs or Floppy Discs... Of Course. The 360 uses BIG dvd's. The amount of storage on a disc varies. Blu-Ray is good. but the only reason why it can look so good is cos it has bigger space then a DVD. But the xbox does use big DVD's.

Overall the 360 version vs the ps3 version.

@makemenuconfig Dont forget that FF was an PS3 exclusive. It was being programmed from the beguining for the ps3. So the graphics may be a little better on the ps3. Assassins creed 1 looked better on the 360 because it was a forced to be on the ps3. They wanted more money.

I think the reason why Gamestop is even doing this move is because I think they realised that having to pre order a game to get DLC and it expiring after a few weeks is not fair sure the Wolverine Room became PSN Downloadable but not some of the other stuff so I think thats the reason why they did this and this is a good move in my opinion

FFXIII will look like shit on 360? That was a little biased and ignorant of destin. I have multiple systems and many upon many games look the same on 360. Resident Evil 5 doesn't differ between 360 and PS3 and the game looks stunning on both systems. I'm sure the same will apply to FFXIII

except that FFXII was only planed to be released on 360 prettyu late in it's production. Nothing personal against the 360, I have one and I love it (plus never had RROD in 3 years even with massive use, don't know what the fuss is about that...) but the PS3 hardware is stronger and FFXIII was built from the ground up for it and looks like it will push it. Maybe the graphics won't suffer, But I'll bet sacrifices will have to have been made somewhere for the port.

I've never had the RROD either. My guess is that over use and dust collection attributes to that, but it's just my guess. Well I expect things will be done. I believe its being put on multiple disks, but I could be wrong. If I was right I don't see that as a big deal. It may have frame rate issues and will probably take longer to load on 360 than PS3, but these are guesses made in the dark. Regardless the game will be great on any system.
