I do not like that they killed off Jennifer. It's a sign of poor writers on my view. The only reason they killed off Jennifer was because Jennifer Ferrin(Jennifer Munson) decided not renew her contract. That's NO reason to kill her off! I mean it's not like she's the ONLY one who ever played Jennifer! They could have just recast her and said that the role of Jennifer Munson is now being played by "Whoever". Besides these days it would help if Jennifer was alive.
Yes, they are. Barbara loves Gwen like a daughter now, which is MUCH more than what can be said for Gwen's mother, Iris. Barbara made sure Gwen wasn't hurt and works hard to keep her with Will. When Jade and Cleo were around Will and trying to win him over, she warned them to keep their distance from him. Barbara didn't like or trust Gwen at first because of her family and history, but Will, Gwen and even Hal convinced Barbara that there was more to Gwen and that she was a good person.
The way Barbara reacts when Dusty comes out of the room is just so moving.
