Take a one inch curler and about a left, to quarter inch sections. Roll vertically up the length of your hair (tight to your scalp) for about 5 seconds (depending on how good your curler is and how tight you want it to be). Do this for your entire head, remember to always curl with the curler vertical to your scalp. After, finish with a light coat of hair spray and then mess it up a little. I think that's how she did it, (I'm wearing thr look right now)!
