sorry that was terrible, i would have rather spent a bit more money and time and got the sewing machine out and made a decent costume, the broom can be bought, the hat can be made ,ect a bit more imagineation and a better costume.

You can make this same exact costume with old material you have laying around, like old bedsheets, and a sewing machine. You don't have to go and out and buy all the material. It's called being creative with what you have around you.
