Hell no it wont. Taking the muffler off and running straight pipe has gotten way better sound, turbo spools much quicker, more power (it lugs less when I do 3rd gear rolling-stops at stops signs), and in 6th gear cruising at 60mph if I hammer it, it just takes off. No lug or lag like before. It's not a HUGE difference. But its noticeable.

no. it will actually do it good. it gets the heat out of the engine faster if you take it off

not at all. Egts will reduce. it shouldnt interfere with emission laws. It'll sound a whole lot better thats for sure:) add a tip to it
