  • I was thinking about getting one in the semi-auto version with a drum magazine, but the stock looks a bit too long, like it would make the gun feel heavier. How does it feel?

  • Cool gun, good stopping power, not that much recoil.

  • fuck somone up with that :)

  • blanks or live?

  • the real deal, 230gr ball 45acp goodness:)

  • very nice chopper

  • Isn't this a Thompson M1? The one the US military used?

  • good question, the easiest way to tell the dif between them is with the cocking handle. All the 1921 and 1928 have it on the top of the rec and all the M1 have it on the right side.

    hope this helps.

  • Ah, I forgot that...

So, this is the 1928 Model, which is the one usually seen in gangster movies, right?

  • almost, this one is a WWII mid production OA (lack of adjustable rear sights), the gangsters were using the 1921 with the front pistol grip, were I to install a front grip like that instead of the handguard, it will look just the same as a 1921.

  • Ah...I'll just stick it on my Bday list then.

  • This is the Thompson used early in ww2, most commonly by Marines in the Pacific.

the Updated M1 Thompson was used later in the war, primarily in Europe

  • @Archimondeoo And the gun did continue it's ued up to Korea war and even in VN. it was surely better and served longer than the M1 Garand.

  • .45 ACP FTW!

  • this is a parts kit thompson rebuilt as a dealer sample.

  • whered you getr the thompson
