Ah what memories this song...Blimey, I'd forgotten this one til I saw it in the playlist lol. DD are an awesome back; one of my all-time faves. I like their older stuff the best probably for the memories; but I like to listen to their more recent songs just to keep up lol.

God, I'd love to hear this one live!! Back in 97 they played Secret Oktober in Toronto and thought I'd died and gone to heaven since nobody else knew the song (I had the 45RPM single of Union of the Snake back in the day and it was on the B side). Good times

Killer clip. Simon is amazing and Nick has brought all the key samples back from the vault. Really amazing sometimes how even poor picture quality and sound can still bring exactly the right athmosphere of the concert. Cool!

I just saw them in LA and they did not do this song :(. They did do a lot of their classics, no Union of the Snake or New Moon on Monday. They sound amazing though!! Have fun!

There are some Live songs where Simon's voice is so close to the original, that it really takes you back in time... This is one of them. It's a bit of a surprise for long time duranies to hear this, a bit like they did the beautiful "Secret Oktober" live in their 90s concerts. It's magical

This is nice. I wish they would stop playing things like "Girls On Film" and "Rio". They have got to be tired of doing them as much as the fans are tired of hearing them.

Yes, that one too. I love the first album, they should do more from it. Most of the "hits" are shopworn and need to be retired. "Notorious"? Never liked that anyway. I was disappointed at the "Astronaut" tour because they didn't do enough new material. Songs like "Chains", "The Finest Hour", and "One of these Days" are excellent, but they didn't play them. Very disappointing that they leaned too heavily on the old MTV tunes.

This is too cool, they've never performed this song live. Back in '84 during the "Sing Blue Silver" tour, they did almost every song off of "SATRT" except this one and "Shadows On Your Side". Can't wait to see them in '08

Are you sure? I remember them doing Shadows on Your Side in 1984. I thought I Take the Dice was the only one they didn't do. Apparently John wanted to do Shadows on Your Side during their reunion tour but said "the rest of the band wouldn't touch it." That sucks since it's a great song and he's got that great bass line!
