  • @tom20351 China doesn't have a company that produce a jumbo jet, it will take a decade for them to establish one. it's one of the few things China still import from the US (commerical jet) and Russia (military transport/tankers)...

    China has established COMAC, which is producing the C919, C929, and C939 jumbo jets by 2014.

    COMAC predicted that it will become the world's third largest aviation company (after Airbus and Boeing) in the coming decade.
