  • It takes a knowledge of where you are, and where you need to go with specific attention to attacking your weaknesses and NOT getting injured. Most people with this type of ability have acquired it with great discipline, and strict adherence to training programs over a period of several years. People that are fairly new to climbing- even a couple years in shouldn't just jump into this kind of training. Start slow, research a lot, and train in increments that your body can handle.

  • Are there any "training videos" that show how these people got started at being able to do all these incredible exercises instead of just displaying how freakingly awesome they already are at it?
